By connecting with clients, you'll help them explore the best cruise options that perfectly match their desires and budgets. Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable vacations that clients will cherish for years to come.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable cruise packages tailored to their preferences
• Manage the complete booking process, including accommodations, dining, and enjoyable excursions
• Provide exceptional customer service by quickly addressing inquiries and keeping clients informed
• Foster lasting relationships with clients to encourage future bookings and referrals
• Keep up-to-date with cruise industry news, trends, and promotions to inform and assist clients better

Requirements

Requirements:

• A strong passion for travel and the cruise industry
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects effectively
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology to assist clients
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a home office setting
• Previous customer service or travel industry experience is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key!
