Job Summary:
The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures in an ambulatory and/or hospital setting under the general supervision of a Radiologist or Physician. The technologist utilizes independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to perform high-quality ultrasound exams to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease and injury, following established protocols and safety standards.
