Everything To Gain is a recruiting and staffing firm based in Austin, TX, specializing in building high-performing teams across sales, marketing, revenue operations, and technical functions. We partner with growth-stage companies to deliver exceptional talent and refined hiring processes. As we scale, we’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who can elevate our recruiting operations and deliver consistently strong results for our clients.

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to spearhead recruiting efforts across technical, sales, marketing, and RevOps roles for our clients. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening to client management and offer support. Beyond execution, this person will help refine and improve our internal recruiting processes, tools, and workflows as our firm grows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruiting across technical, sales, marketing, and RevOps roles

  • Sourcing, engaging, and assessing high-quality candidates using creative, data-driven methods

  • Maintaining strong client communication and delivering regular progress updates

  • Hitting KPIs related to sourcing volume, pipeline quality, and placements

  • Ensuring strong ATS usage, data integrity, and reporting

  • Helping evolve and improve recruiting processes, documentation, and operational best practices

  • Leveraging automation tools to streamline workflows (bonus)


Requirements

Required

  • 2–5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within an agency or staffing environment

  • Proven experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, product, data) and GTM roles (sales, marketing, RevOps)

  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including Boolean search and multichannel outreach

  • Fluency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Bullhorn, or similar)

  • Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills

  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • KPI-driven mindset with the ability to track and report hiring metrics

  • Process-oriented, with a desire to refine and enhance recruiting workflows
