Tax Accountant

We are a rapidly growing consulting and CPA firm with an immediate opportunity available for a Tax Accountant . We provide a rewarding work environment and understand employee's needs for balance of personal and professional life. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently along with the ability to perform multiple projects at once.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing Individual, Corporate Tax Returns, Partnership, and S-Corporation Returns
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Adobe
• Suggest client tax planning ideas to Partner and/or Director, and assist Partner/Director in tax planning and research
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly developed analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and follow through

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related field
• Knowledge of Quickbook, CCH ProSystem fx Engagement and Axcess Tax software 
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Adobe.
