We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-obsessed Store Manager to join our team at Siren , an award-winning women’s boutique in the heart of West Portal. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role that blends fashion, community, and entrepreneurship.
As Store Manager, you’ll be the heart and soul of our boutique, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience, mentoring our team, and helping to shape the future of our business. You’ll lead with style and warmth, acting as both chief stylist and hostess of the party . Your role will also include helping us launch and manage our new experiential jewelry and gift space, Siren Studio , right next door.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling experiences
Oversee daily store operations and maintain a visually inspiring, well-merchandised space
Drive sales through team leadership, goal setting, and performance coaching
Assist with product analytics, inventory organization, and backend operations
Collaborate on merchandising and product storytelling
Play a key role in launching and managing Siren Studio
Partner with ownership to shape marketing events, community engagement, and growth strategy
About You:
A natural leader with 3+ years of experience in retail or boutique management
Passionate about fashion, styling, and creating memorable customer experiences
Organized, self-motivated, and business-savvy
Visual merchandising and sales experience is a must
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and thinking like an owner
Excited to be part of a creative, collaborative, community-focused team
