Job Opportunity in Cincinnati

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our Communications organization in North America Hair in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will work on exciting brands such as Pantene, Herbal Essences and Head & Shoulders. The role would include community management and organic social strategies to further develop 1:1 consumer engagements and connect with our brands' passionate community in a meaningful way. In communications, we use our skills to connect with consumers and customers through media relations, social media, social cause, sustainability, issues mitigation and influencer relations.

What is the work:

• Social Content Creator: You will help implement the social strategy per platform, including content calendars, new content, customer content and amplifying innovation and PR campaigns.
• Social Media Community Management: You will own the engagement strategy execution engaging with consumers on social channels, copywriting comments, and coordinating potential UGC within the brands' tone of voice.
• Social Team Integration: Partner with teammates from other organizations such as media, brand, comms and design to ensure outcomes are part of a comprehensive social and communications strategy.
• Collaborate on Analytics and Reporting: Optimize and use our technology platforms and report measurement data. Collaborate on identifying social trends that could feed into larger activations.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for driven individuals who have a passion for:

• Social strategic planning, execution and behaviors, with an understanding of how social media fits into the broader communications strategies.
• IG, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit and up and coming channels, with an understanding of content efficiency (paid and organic) among text, images, videos and podcasts.
• Creative copywriting and design through crafting organic social content
• Authentic communications with consumers
• Maintaining relationships with customers and digital influencers

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Knowledge of social media, digital marketing and digital influencers
• Design and copywriting skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities through effective time management
• Passion for the Beauty industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher
• Previous work with social media and/or influencers (ideally 2-5 years)
• Digital content development
• Production management skills: video, still, and live

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $74,100 - $92,650

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
