How we LEAD:

Virgin Music Group is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and provide support in campaign execution, operational admin, and logistical organization. The ideal candidate will be a proficient multi-tasker, detail oriented, and highly productive, with an appetite to learn the ins and outs of the current digital marketing landscape in music. Must be a strong, professional communicator, solution oriented, and a self-starter that can be relied on in a remote work environment.

How you'll CREATE:
  • Provide direct support to one of our Influencer Marketing Managers in the execution of their campaign responsibilities.
  • Be the primary team member in charge of communication with creators to oversee the timely completion of their work.
  • Update client dashboards to track campaign performance.
  • Write campaigns briefs to send to creators and their teams to inform them of specific instructions around music promotions.
  • Conduct creator research to find new accounts when needed for campaigns that require custom additions.
  • Send creator payments and log this information accurately in our financial tracking system.
  • Review campaign performance with the management team to evaluate the effectiveness of our strategy and execution.
Bring your VIBE:
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative or marketing role is preferred.
  • Music industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize, organize and establish administrative procedures and work under pressure.
  • Respectful and professional demeanor, with the ability to communicate calmly and clearly.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
