Overview Aunt Ann’s In-House Staffing’s Client | Location: San Francisco, CA Job Type: Full Time • Category: Estate Department • Position: Recruiter Assistant for Estate Department • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (PST) Salary: $30 to $35 per hour for first 90 days of employment with a salary review. Bay Area Region: San Francisco This is an entry level role for an individual who is interested in learning recruiting. Do you have a passion for helping people? If so, Aunt Ann’s In House Staffing is now looking to hire a friendly and career-oriented individual to join our recruiting team and help us grow. In this role you will support the Senior Recruiter who specializes in staffing Housekeepers, Private Chefs, Household Managers, Personal Assistants, Estate Managers and other skilled candidates who are introduced to potential employers in the San Francisco Bay Area. Responsibilities Pre-screening candidates for employment interviews Scheduling interviews with candidates for senior recruiters Scheduling interviews for candidates with potential employers Processing candidate applications Building candidate portfolios for introduction to potential employers Handling phones, answering questions and documenting information Managing weekly calendars and working with a team Mastering recruiting and sales techniques Learning and maintaining our ATS/CMS system updated Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the estate department and work collaboratively under the Senior Placement Recruiter
  • Identifying and Defining Hiring Needs: Collaborate with senior placement recruiter to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to find potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and manage interviews to assess candidates’ skills and experience.
  • Managing the Recruitment Process: Guide candidates through the entire hiring process, from application to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Promoting the Employer Brand: Represent the company positively and build its reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Keep current on employment laws, recruitment trends, and best practices.
Required Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional discretion, judgment, oral and written communication skills Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook), PC Recruiter, Asana, RingCentral and ability to learn new software/apps through company upgrades and changes Self-starter, detail-oriented, efficient and dependable Reliable, punctual, and committed, willing to learn and expand the role Neat and clean appearance Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members Ability to act on own initiative, work with minimal direction and handle a dynamic environment About the company Aunt Ann’s In House Staffing is the leading Nanny and Estate Staffing agency in the San Francisco Bay Area. Requirements and Compensation The candidate is required to work full time: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (PST). The candidate should live ideally near San Francisco and be available to work from home and with the Senior Recruiter at an offsite office in San Francisco. The job offers $30 to $35 per hour for first 90 days of employment with a salary review. Compensation is open to those who have experience in the recruiting field and a higher hourly base is available. Quarterly bonuses are awarded to all members of the team. Health Care is paid for by the company/Kaiser HMO 401k Retirement plan.
