About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to lead its innovative and socially impactful non-profit organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizational leadership and management, program design, implementation, evaluation, and innovation, as well as strategic partnerships for fund development. The President will play a key role in fiscal management and will be the face of the organization in advocacy and communications. This role is pivotal in driving the company's mission to close racial and gender wealth gaps and to support a diverse pipeline of creators whose stories have been historically marginalized.
Candidates for the President position at the company should have a deep commitment to the values of representation and social action. The role requires a leader who can inspire and mentor a team, as well as build and maintain strategic partnerships. Essential qualifications include experience in program development, fiscal management, and a proven track record in advocacy and communications. The ideal candidate will have a background in organizational leadership, a strong understanding of systemic oppression, and a passion for uplifting underrepresented voices.
