Position Overview
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Office Assistant to join our team and ensure that our office operates smoothly and efficiently. As the Office Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting daily office activities, assisting with administrative tasks, and creating an organized work environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and callers in a professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Organize and maintain office files and documentation systematically
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
Handle office supply inventory and procurement
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
