Job Description
We’re looking for a Charity Event Assistant to help manage event-day operations and ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience for guests, clients, and partners. As a key member of our events team, you'll be the welcoming face of our organization—sharing information about our programs, supporting event logistics, and creating a warm, engaging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-of-event logistics to ensure smooth and successful execution
Greet, assist, and engage with attendees, offering accurate information about our clients and charitable programs
Support event setup, coordination, and tear down
Handle changing situations with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service throughout the event
Outgoing, friendly, and self-driven personality
Previous experience in customer service or event support is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse groups
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 18 years old
