Position Summary:
As the Administrative Event & Project Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in facilitating engaging health-related events at local colleges and PTO school functions. You’ll oversee intern onboarding and task management, staffing for events, social media outreach, and managing promotional materials (swag). The ideal candidate is energetic, responsible, and capable of thriving independently while bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, plan, and manage college and PTO school tabling events related to healthcare.

• Onboard, supervise, and assign tasks to interns from various colleges.

• Manage ordering and distribution of promotional materials (swag).

• Staff and oversee events, ensuring smooth execution.

• Develop and execute engaging social media outreach to promote events and brand awareness.

• Collaborate with team members to creatively enhance brand visibility and community engagement.

• Travel as needed, limited to the Arizona region.

• Energetic professional with a passion for community engagement and event planning.

• Highly responsible, organized, and self-driven.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid remote and office environment.

• Savvy with social media platforms and trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (recent graduates welcome).

• Prior experience in administrative roles, event coordination, or social media management a plus.

• Proven ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
