Our company is growing and has an outstanding opportunity for a Wildlife Control Agent. The successful candidate will own responsibilities such as conducting inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of birds, squirrels, bats or other vertebrate pest, performing exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations, responding to customer inquiries, and selling wildlife services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections in and around homes for the purposes of wildlife exclusion and eradication including, but not limited to: rooftops, attics, crawlspaces, and basements.
  • Wildlife trapping & removal.
  • Inspect buildings for wildlife damage and entry points.
  • Install one way door, or trap, to remove wildlife.
  • Provide wildlife proofing solutions to prevent future problems.
  • Acquire knowledge and handling of federal, state, and local regulations regarding pest, termite control, and chemical use.
  • Deal courteously with customer and property and handle customer complaints properly and promptly.
  • Sell Terminix Company services and execute contracts on behalf of the company.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicle in clean, proper operating condition.
  • Maintain safe driving record.
  • Represent the company with a neat & professional appearance, while taking pride in their work.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Candidates should possess the following skills/abilities:

  • Wildlife Control Agent license/certification (required).
  • Previous exclusion/wildlife experience is a plus.
  • Basic carpentry skills and experience.
  • Basic construction and framing experience.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge on safety requirements including fall protection and ladder work.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Determined, highly motivated, and honest.
  • Ability to climb ladders, crawl for an extended time/distance, lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
  • A valid and current driver's license with good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Commission Based Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
