We work with ambitious brands and thought leaders to create scroll-stopping content that engages, educates, and converts. What You’ll Do Edit short-form video content (15–90 seconds) for platforms including TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn. Turn raw footage, Zoom recordings, or talking-head clips into polished, engaging edits. Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and creative cuts to align with brand tone and audience preferences. Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to develop a consistent visual style. Optimize videos for each platform’s specs and trends. What You Bring 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably for social media. Strong portfolio showcasing short-form content. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro. A solid understanding of trends on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn. Ability to take creative direction and iterate quickly. Bonus: experience with meme formats, text overlays, jump cuts, and repurposing podcast or long-form content.
