Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr A leading management consulting firm is looking to continue building their Valuations Advisory team. This role involves conducting financial advisory valuations and reviewing target company financial data. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a growing and impactful team in the advisory space. Job Function Conduct financial advisory valuations in buy-side and sell-side transactions. Review target company financial information and data to identify key trends, quality of earnings adjustments, working capital and net debt considerations, and potential liabilities. Identify pre- and post-acquisition transaction issues during financial due diligence. Analyze and suggest potential purchase price reductions, deal restructuring, or other transaction-related issues. Assist in drafting reports on Quality of Earnings, Working Capital, and other transaction-related analyses. Supervise, develop, and evaluate staff members. Collaborate with other disciplines, including tax, on due diligence projects. Contribute to staff training, the development of practice aids, and compliance with practice requirements. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline. 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance. CPA or CFA designation is a plus. Understanding of the M&A process. Excel skills.
