Due to our continued success and growth , our Demand Accelerator department (DX department) is expanding and new roles are being integrated – so we have an exciting opportunity for a new Trade & Shopper Marketing Lead.

The objective is to Partner with Category Leads, Channel Leads Sales, Demand planning, DX extended team and external agencies in order to:

• deliver our channel performance ambitions, grow our category as well as our market share within it via strong Shopper Activation & Trade Marketing calendar;
• develop differentiated shopper/trade marketing programs grounded in brand, consumer, shopper and retailer insights for channels & categories;
• own development and ensure successful implementation of new concepts by Shopper/Trade MKT operational team regarding innovative ideas regarding cross channel/cross customers shopper initiatives, tools of trade generic & temporary materials;
• translate Marketing and Accounts Visibility strategies into Commercial Action Plans & convert into purchase (from Marketing- Insights– Perfect Store Lead- Sales) + maximize synchronization across categories;
• work with best agency partners and internal Brand Teams to develop and execute channels & categories specific programs to deliver breakthrough creative that builds brand equity .

What you will be working on:

• Elaborate Shopper/Trade concepts, approaches, partnering with Sales, Marketing and External Agencies operational team, targeting at maximization of Net revenue, Share Of Market & Brand KPIs via strong shopper & trade marketing activation programs;
• Lead Shopper & Trade Marketing agenda, to enhance robustness of Marketing & Sales plans to deliver AOP;
• Identify specific shopper/category opportunities by channel &retailer partner. Translate channel/customer/category findings into Shopper action plans development;
• Support cross channel Perfect Store agenda by leading Shopper Value Offering part of the process
• Partner with Sales and Customer team in negotiation with customers by developing strong, well-reasoned selling stories and alignment within organization, when Shopper/Trade concept includes tools of trade & shopper activation;
• Lead process of building and developing tools/solutions for space management across channels/ customers to accommodate assortment, planogram, that will differentiate PepsiCo from its competitors. Work with Cat Man & Key Account Management teams for specific focus on customer category planning range and space effectiveness;
• Manages & optimizes the budget and the Point Of Sales spends;
• Responsible for activating shopper and customer campaigns across the trade to drive engagement and increased conversion at the point-of-purchase;
• Drives the overall instore communication, shopper communication and customer shopper activation agenda.

What makes you a good fit for the role:

• 5+ years experience in Commercial/ Sales/ Insights;
• FMCG experience is a must;
• Knowledge and understanding of Commercial/ Finance/Insights;
• Commercial drive (results & solution focused, flexible/adaptable);
• Bachelor`s degree;
• Ability to synthesize vast amounts of data from internal and external sources;
• Excellent combination of strategic, communication and analytical skills;
• Strong people and stakeholder management skills;
• Autonomy to lead innovation projects with limited supervision;
• Ability to work under pressure with stretch deadlines;
• Advanced English.
