We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us scale the early team that will reshape global trade. As our first recruiting hire, you’ll own the full hiring funnel — from sourcing exceptional talent to designing interview processes that reflect Reform’s culture of high standards, speed, and curiosity. This is a hands‑on, strategic role: you’ll work directly with the founders and technical leads to identify hiring priorities, shape our employer brand, and build relationships with top engineers, product thinkers, and GTM talent. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM roles — from sourcing to close. Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define roles, processes, and evaluation rubrics. Build creative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional, mission‑aligned candidates. Design and refine candidate experiences that are fast, rigorous, and human. Implement early recruiting systems, tools, and data workflows to scale hiring efficiently. Represent Reform’s mission and culture as the first point of contact for candidates. Qualifications 3–6 years of experience recruiting for early‑stage startups or top‑tier technology companies. Proven success recruiting engineers or technical talent (bonus for GTM exposure). Exceptional communication skills and candidate empathy. Strong operational rigor. You thrive in fast-moving environments and ambiguity. Experience or interest in global trade, AI, or logistics tech is a plus.
