Position: Social Media & Content Intern

Brand: Injector Dawn Marie & Adora Academy

Location: Hybrid – Remote with occasional in-person collaboration (Columbia, MD area)

Type: Part-Time, Paid Internship (10–20 hours/week)

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

Are you a creative, driven content enthusiast with a passion for aesthetics, education, and digital marketing? Join Injector Dawn Marie and Adora Academy as a Social Media & Content Intern and help shape the online presence of two dynamic brands at the forefront of aesthetic medicine and injector training.

In this part-time paid role, you’ll support day-to-day content creation, community engagement, and training material development. You’ll work closely with Injector Dawn Marie, a nationally recognized injector and educator, to build educational, trend-forward, and engaging content that speaks to both clients and medical professionals.

• Capture and edit behind-the-scenes content from trainings, events, and client days
• Assist in the creation of Reels, TikToks, stories, and feed posts across Instagram and TikTok
• Help plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Write captions that reflect brand voice (fun, clinical, educational, empowering)
• Repurpose training content for social media (slides, before & afters, key takeaways)
• Assist with organizing and refining training decks and digital resources for Adora Academy
• Track performance metrics and suggest content improvements
• Engage with followers and monitor social media trends

• Strong interest in aesthetics, wellness, skincare, or medical education
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, Canva, and content editing tools
• Basic design and video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
• Self-starter with great time management and a collaborative spirit
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a communications, marketing, aesthetics, or media program preferred
• Must have a mode of transportation

• Experience in a medspa, beauty, or wellness brand
• Graphic design, photography, or video production skills
• A working knowledge of aesthetic treatments and terminology
