Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

The opportunity:

 

Sephora Internship – Retail Operations (January to June 2025)

You will shine here if you enjoy…

• Conducting comprehensive analysis of customer feedback and identifying gaps
• Working with the store team to implement customer service enhancements, such as efficient checkout processes and improved product knowledge
• Assisting in developing an optimized staff scheduling system, considering peak hours and task assignments 
• Collaborating with the visual merchandising team to create a more customer-friendly store layout 
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, such as customer wait times and sales trends
• Assisting with staff training related to customer service and operational improvements

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…

• An interest in retail operations, customer service, inventory management and store layout optimization 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-initiated and an enthusiasm for learning
