About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Enterprise Sales to lead the Financial Services and Telecommunication Vertical. The successful candidate will be tasked with maximizing revenue by acquiring new clients and fostering significant growth with existing ones. This leadership role involves managing a dedicated team of sales executives, developing and executing strategies to ensure client impact, and maintaining strong relationships with C-Suite and marketing leaders. The SVP will also be expected to represent the company at industry events, positioning it as a thought leader and trusted advisor. A strong background in the Fin Serve and Telco sectors, including go-to-market strategies, is essential, as is a proven track record of success in a similar sales and business development capacity. Applicants for the SVP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing and sales within the Fin Serve and/or Telco space. The role requires extensive experience in direct sales to high-level decision-makers, including C-Suite executives, and a deep understanding of the category vertical. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and have a passion for Hispanic consumers. They must be a strong leader with the ability to influence and inspire a team, and be well-organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented. The role demands a candidate with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships, a talent for storytelling, and a strong operational and strategic mindset.
