🚀 Senior ServiceNow UX Developer | ITSM + Automation Focus

We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow UX Developer who knows how to blend smart design with scalable solutions. If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of user experience, platform development, and workflow automation—this one's for you.

Must be local to Houston, TX and be a USC of GC holder, contract to hire after 6 months.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Design and build intuitive, unified ServiceNow experiences
• Develop solutions aligned with business and end-user goals
• Lead the creation of scalable workflows using low-code tools
• Deliver modern ITSM capabilities that drive employee engagement
• Integrate with enterprise systems via Integration Hub & ATF
• Partner with agile teams to deliver continuous value

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions
• 5+ years developing on the ServiceNow platform
• 3+ years focused on UX/UI design in ServiceNow
• Proven experience with ITIL/ITSM, IAM, and employee experience platforms
• Strong knowledge of Service Catalog , Knowledge Base , and Access Management
• Hands-on with Integration Hub , ATF , and Agile methodology
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) — required
• Certified Application Developer & ITSM certification — nice to have
