Candidates must have a friendly and professional demeanor, self-starter attitude, and understand the sense of urgency to keep our talent bench strong whether or not a position is available now or in the near future. This is NOT a remote position and requires up to 25% travel for onboarding, Monday-Friday at Corporate Office 8AM-5PM. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate and bring talent to the organization organically through ads and new hire vetting, schedule initial interviews with the department and with Regional management for final approval and ensure new hires are aware aware of the job expectations. Since we are dealing with confidential matters regarding paygrades, drug screenings, credit reports, and background ground checks, a high level of confidentiality is essential to this role to protect the integrity of the department and HIPAA liabilities. Candidates will be supervised and immediately report to the Legal Liaison and Director of Human Resources, as well as any additional directives from the Director of Property Management.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 8-10 years in recruiting, maintain ad postings, and the ability to communicate in an honest and truthful manner with Supervisor, new hires, and Regional Managers. Since this role is a front line position, no remote work is available. The ideal candidate must be able to travel to onboard new employees for the hiring process, coordinate uniform and name tag orders, and make staff introductions that are positive and impactful to the Cannon organization.
