Job Description

OpenKyber is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Analytics to lead and evolve our enterprise analytics landscape. This role will focus on SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Datasphere , driving modern, scalable, and high-performance analytics solutions that support Bloomberg's global business operations.

You will work closely with engineering, finance, data, and business stakeholders to design and deliver end-to-end analytical solutions, while playing a key role in OpenKyber's transition toward next-generation cloud-based analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP analytics solutions using SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Drive modernization initiatives , including BW on HANA optimization and migration to Datasphere
• Design and manage data models, data flows, and semantic layers to support enterprise reporting and analytics
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Develop and govern SAC stories, planning models, and dashboards with strong UX and performance focus
• Establish best practices for data governance, security, performance tuning, and lifecycle management
• Mentor and guide junior developers and analysts across SAP analytics technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP S/4HANA, non-SAP data platforms, and cloud engineering teams
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and accuracy of enterprise analytics platforms
• Stay current with SAP analytics roadmap and recommend innovative solutions aligned with OpenKyber's strategy

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP analytics and data warehousing
• Strong expertise in SAP BW (BW/4HANA preferred)
• Proven experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting and planning
• Solid hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud)
• Strong data modeling skills (Star Schema, LSA++, Analytical Models)
• Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources
• Strong SQL and performance optimization skills
• Experience working in large-scale, enterprise environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
