Regional Property Manager – Bay Area

Location: San Francisco Bay Area

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 + bonus

A real estate investment and management firm is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential communities in the Bay Area. This leadership role is responsible for operational performance, staff development, resident satisfaction, and financial success across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and fiscal performance for 5+ communities
• Lead, coach, and support on-site teams, fostering a culture of excellence
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and rent collection
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs (including LIHTC)
• Guide capital projects and lease-up strategies
• Maintain strong resident relations and service standards
• Travel within the region is required

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of property or regional management experience
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing and tax credit programs
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with training and team development
