Seeking a full time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join a great team in a beautiful area of Oregon!

Hospital Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible nurse practitioner who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Join our team of one (1) fulltime physician and wonderful team of six (6) LCSW's who serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.


Compensation and Benefits:


Very competitive total compensation opportunity (145k+)


o RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold


o Quality incentives up to $10,000 annually


Commencement bonus of $15,000


$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

Professional Details:


Outpatient Rural Health Clinic


Four 10-hour days per week


Average 14-17 patients per day


o Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day


Lab on site


30+ exam rooms


1:16 call; phone call only


Fulltime, permanent
