As Lead Pharmacy Clerk , you'll be a primary leader of the Fulfillment operational team, utilizing your expert knowledge and skills to directly assist pharmacy leadership in ensuring our members receive the highest quality product, our employees are properly trained and developed, and the pharmacy is in compliance with all company, state, and federal guidelines.

Position Location: 6860 W 115th St. Suite 600 Overland Park, KS 66211

\n

Position Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 8:00-4:30pm and Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm

\n

Primary Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Completes Pharmacy operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results

  • \n
  • Assists in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

  • \n
  • Provides leadership for training and development of team

  • \n
  • Monitors individual and team performance to ensure team is meeting and exceeding expectations

  • \n
  • Provides inspirational leadership and guidance to the team as the subject matter expert

  • \n
  • Diagnose process improvement opportunities and partner with Senior leadership to drive continuous improvement

  • \n
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization

  • \n
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures

  • \n
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements

  • \n
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system

  • \n
  • Liaise with suppliers and transport companies

  • \n
  • Plan work rotations, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results

  • \n
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly

  • \n
  • Obtain and maintain all licensures and training as required by company, state, and federal guidelines

  • \n
  • Maintain necessary certifications and training to operate fulfillment equipment (forklifts, automation, etc.)

  • \n
  • Act as resource and leader for entire team

  • \n
  • Own and complete more advanced projects as required or directed by site leadership

  • \n

Required Qualifications:

    \n
  • 1+ years of experience working in a production environment

  • \n
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with computer applications

  • \n
  • Ability to work onsite at 6860 W 115th St. Suite 600 Overland Park, KS 66211, Monday through Thursday from 8:00-4:30pm and Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm, including flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed

  • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • \n
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks

  • \n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Kansas

  • \n
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification

  • \n
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience

  • \n
  • 1+ year experience as a Pharmacy Technician

  • \n
  • Previous experience working in a mail order setting

  • \n

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
