The Department of Radiology at UH Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital/Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a   fellowship trained Pediatric Interventional Radiologist. Current fellows are encouraged to apply. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required, as well as a desire to collaborate with clinicians, and a passion to provide the best possible imaging services. Services include but are not limited to vascular anomaly, musculoskeletal, liver, oncology, and trauma. The selected candidate will join a state-of-the art subspecialty Division of Pediatric Radiology.  The department is committed to excellence in imaged-based clinical care.  Enthusiasm for academic radiology and strong desire to teach medical students and residents is required.  There are excellent opportunities to collaborate with multiple disciplines in basic and translational research.

Our Division of Pediatric Radiology performs over 75,000 exams per year,  and is currently staffed by 4 clinical faculty members.  Our pediatric health care network is anchored by our flagship facility, University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital.  Located in Cleveland's historic University Circle, this 244-bed full service children’s hospital and academic medical center consistently ranks among the top children’s hospitals in the nation. As the region’s premier resource for pediatric referrals, Rainbow delivers the complete range of pediatric subspecialty services. It is Northern Ohio’s only Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center. The Radiology Department is responsible for providing clinical services system-wide for 12 Hospitals and over 30 outpatient facilities located throughout Northeast Ohio, which provide a tremendous wealth of clinical material. Radiology services are integrated within a single PACS, and the  pediatric radiology faculty works from refined, shared worklists. System-wide quality improvement and safety initiatives are in place.

  • Board certified (or eligible) in Diagnostic Radiology with Fellowship training in Pediatric Interventional Radiology
