Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize real estate documents, contracts, and reports

  • Assist with administrative tasks, (printing documents, dropping off paperwork), etc.

  • Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and prospect database in CRM

  • Research and catalog sale transactions from public records

  • Gather basic property information (tax record, deed information).

  • Research and Document Property Owner information for prospecting calling lists

  • Assist in property showings, photos, inspections, and site visits as needed.

  • Editing Marketing materials & E-blast for publication

  • Managing listings on all accounts

  • Sign order requests & Tenant application requests

  • Creating highlighted and outlined aerials from marketing materials

  • Social media posting

  • Create mailing lists & send Mailings to Property owners & prospects

  • Commission processing

 

Qualifications

a. Willingness to Learn

b. Prior experience in the real estate industry, particularly in a support role is preferred but not required.

c. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment.

d. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

e. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software/tools.

f. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is advantageous.

g. Eventually secure real estate license

h. Knowledge of AI applications in CRE is a real bonus.
