Job Title : Organization Design & Digital Transformation Manager Job Purpose The Organization Design & Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for driving organizational efficiency through strategic design, digital transformation, and AI-driven HR solutions. This role focuses on optimizing organizational structures, implementing digital HR solutions, and leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance workforce management and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Organizational Design Develop and implement organizational design strategies to optimize structure, roles, and workforce efficiency. Conduct job architecture reviews, workforce analysis, and skills mapping to align with business needs. Design agile, scalable operating models that support business transformation. Lead change management efforts related to restructuring and new ways of working. Identify HR processes that can be digitalized and lead transformation initiatives. Implement AI-driven workforce analytics and predictive insights to support talent planning and forecasting workforce needs. Drive automation of HR workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure seamless adoption of new HR digital tools across the organization. Collaborate with IT & HR teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and privacy. Design and implement digital HR solutions to enhance the employee journey. Promote a digital-first culture by integrating AI-powered HR tools. Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, Data Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in organizational design, HR digitalization, or HR analytics. Experience in HR technology implementation (HRIS, AI-powered recruitment, workforce analytics). Strong background in data-driven HR decision-making and AI applications. Exposure to change management and digital transformation projects. Expertise in organizational design and workforce planning. Strong digital HR knowledge and hands-on experience with HR systems and AI tools. Ability to interpret HR analytics and data for business impact. Familiarity with automation, chatbot technology, and employee experience platforms. Excellent project management and change management skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
