Manager, Organizational Development (OD) leads a team responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining strategies, programs, and initiatives that enhances organizational performance and talent capabilities. Partners with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to facilitate an in depth understanding of leader bench strength, needs assessment, design development plans, and consultation on interventions and programs to improve bench strength, leader effectiveness, and team performance against strategic organizational talent goals. Drives talent needs assessment and organizational effectiveness intervention design, development and implement of programs to improve overall organizational culture, effectiveness, and performance. Leads and/or participates in cross-functional and/or cross operating company leader and targeted talent pipeline development projects to drive organizational effectiveness. Provides information and high-level analysis to guide business decisions. Analyzes and evaluates information to identify trends and relationships between data to provide guidance on leadership decisions. Provide analysis and consultation for Human Resource related issues and overall trends in the organization. Design and implement business process improvement initiatives. Works under limited supervision.Essential Functions
Minimum Education
Preferred Qualifications: Experienced manager with a proven track record in shaping leadership capability and advancing organizational performance. Deep expertise in executive development with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to cultivate a high-performing leadership culture. History of translating strategic objectives into scalable programs that accelerate readiness. Commitment to staying current with trends and best practices in organizational, leadership, and talent development.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: $8,007.29/mo - $18,149.85/mo Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Plano, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, and Miami, FL, and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius.
