Job Description The Administrator is responsible for the overall management of the facility, including: Overseeing all employees and enforcing personnel policies and procedures Ensuring residents receive appropriate nursing and medical care Managing accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and monthly financial statements Preparing an annual budget for the facility Performing marketing techniques to improve and/or maintain resident census Performing public relations functions within the community on behalf of the facility Maintaining the facility environment and equipment in good repair and working order Acquiring necessary licenses and certifications for the facility Maintaining adequate inventories of raw food, chemicals, and supplies Conducting and/or attending staff and committee meetings Performing other miscellaneous tasks to assure a professionally operated facility The Administrator also strives to: Be receptive and responsive to the needs of residents and staff Keep expenses and income favorable to budget Maintain a safe work environment to minimize workers compensation claims Ensure timely billing and collection of accounts Remain loyal and confidential to staff, residents, and owner Qualifications Bachelor's degree in health care administration or business administration Two years of experience as an administrator of a long-term care facility Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrators License Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare
