• Job Title: Technical Project Manager / Network & System Solutions
• Client: IT Company
• Working Location: Manhattan, NY
• Working Style: Hybrid or On-site
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: $50 - $85K (DOE)
• Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM (EST), Monday – Friday
• Language: Japanese / English (Verbal and written required)

▶︎ Position Overview: Analyze client needs and market trends to create custom services and products utilizing internet-related technologies. Manage technical projects throughout pre-sales and post-sales, while supporting network, server, and communication systems.

▶︎ What will you do:
• Analyze potential clients’ needs and market trends to develop tailored services and products
• Manage technical projects during pre-sales and post-sales phases
• Implement and upgrade new and existing solutions
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot network, server, and phone systems
• Provide technical consultation and customer support for high-level issues

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong proficiency in both Japanese and English (verbal and written)
• Applicable experience in at least two of the following areas:
– Designing and building IP phone systems (e.g., Cisco Call Manager, Avaya)
– Experience with Cisco routers/switches and debugging knowledge
– Designing and building routing and firewall/VPN solutions on UNIX
– Proposal development and system integration with Exchange and Active Directory on Windows Server
– IT project management, particularly office relocations
– Experience with ISPs or carriers
