Who We’re Looking For Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators (or candidates in the process of licensing) Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to generate business through personal networks, REALTOR® partnerships, or referrals Experience in mortgage lending, sales, or finance preferred (not required for new LOs) Compensation Commission‑based (up to 275 bps) with unlimited earning potential Top performers regularly earn $250K–$500K+ annually No hidden fees or desk costs Location Fully Remote — operate from anywhere in the United States (with licensing support provided for multiple states).
