Who We’re Looking For:Seeking a Life Insurance Documentation Coordinator who will be primarily responsible for obtaining completed documents and forms that are required for LIFE insurance policies to be placed in force.
This includes communicating via email and phone with insurance agents, their staff, and internal customers to understand and address their requests. Typical requests include explaining processes and procedures, reviewing documents to ensure they are in good order, resolving documents that are not in good order, preparing documents for electronic signatures, and answering status questions. The Post Approval Coordinator is accountable for understanding the request and determining the appropriate course of action or potential solutions using available resources.
Qualifications:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
Prioritize and manage time effectively
Demonstrated computer experience with solid keyboarding skills and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office including Outlook
Strong analytical and decision making skills Strong customer service skills - proven ability to build rapport
High School education minimum
