Key Responsibilities Schedule and conduct property showings on behalf of the Broker Assist in setting up, confirming, and managing showing appointments Communicate professionally with clients, listing agents, and team members Follow up on all showings and provide timely feedback Ensure a seamless, concierge-level showing experience for clients Represent the brokerage with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity Requirements Active Real Estate License (Required to meet MLS and showing requirements) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Punctual, reliable, and able to manage a flexible schedule Professional appearance and demeanor Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, and MLS systems Compensation $20 per showing appointment Bonus opportunities are paid quarterly at closing Additional growth potential into a buyer agent or team support roles for the right candidate Why Join Us?
