Join our client, one of Northern Nevada’s fastest-growing homebuilders, Jenuane Communities , as a New Home Sales Assistant and become a licensed contributor to both new home AND resale success.

What You'll Do:

• Train and grow as a Junior New Home Sales Agent while driving resale conversions from on-site traffic
• Assist at various communities as assigned, keeping the sales office running smoothly during public hours
• Support your lead New Home Sales Specialist with prospect follow-up, escrow updates, and contract coordination
• Use our proprietary Marketing Success Portal® (MSP) to track leads, update escrows, and capture buyer interest
• Collaborate with our virtual concierge to confirm appointments and stay on top of warm leads
• Participate in local broker outreach, signage, and marketing events to keep traffic flowing

What You Bring to the Table:

• Current Nevada Real Estate License (Required)
• Minimum 3 years resale experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional presentation and client-first mindset
• Willingness to work weekends and be onsite as needed
• Bonus if you have experience with new home sales
