Our Summer Internship Program

An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. Our collaborative culture inspires you to learn from the expertise surrounding you and to share your own knowledge and experience with colleagues. You'll be asked to speak up and challenge the status quo - you have a voice and will be encouraged to use it. Additionally, over the summer, there will be opportunities to participate in events just for our interns: social events with other interns, career development workshops and networking with senior leaders - just to name a few!

Responsibilities

• Build quantitative surveys used for patient and stakeholder engagement activities in Qualtrics
• Assist in the project management of Insights Gathering projects
• Coordinate the scheduling of patient and stakeholder interviews, surveys, or similar engagements
• Generate reports regarding participant compliance, attendance, and satisfaction
• Assist in the design and development of mixed method studies
• Interview Transcript Reconciliation
• Assists research team with IRB and regulatory documentation and submissions
• Coordinate Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs) presentations & revisions
• Attends internal & customer study team meetings, and other research related training and meetings

This is a 12-week internship; full-time over Summer 2023.

Job Requirements

• Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in biology, psychology, medicine, or life science
• Past internship experience or project work in research is optional
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and voicemail
• Above-average attention to detail, effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage a workload consisting of several concurrent projects or tasks
• Knowledge or understanding of the CRO or Pharmaceutical Industry
• Knowledge of assessment platforms like Qualtrics is optional but a plus
