Job Description

Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the daily operations of the
Human Resources (HR) department, specifically tailored to the unique demands of Nursery and Farming
operations. This includes spearheading recruitment, conducting interviews, managing payroll,
administering benefits, overseeing leave policies, and ensuring the consistent enforcement of company
policies and practices. By providing expert guidance to management, this role facilitates the efficient
functioning of the department in alignment with both current needs and future business objectives. The
incumbent is instrumental in supporting organizational goals and embodying our values of Excellence,

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
• 5+ years of experience in human resource management.
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), preferred
• Bilingual verbal and written English/Spanish, preferred
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
