We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Columbus, Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both clinical and non-clinical recruitment efforts while providing support with employee benefits coordination. The position is primarily remote, with occasional hybrid responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clinical and non-clinical roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate and assist employees with benefits enrollment, ensuring accurate communication and resolution of benefits-related inquiries.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure compliance with recruitment standards.
• Conduct phone screenings and preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process for all stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various disciplines.
• Provide guidance and support on medical, insurance, and vision benefits, ensuring employees have a clear understanding of their options.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and deadlines to ensure timely hiring and adherence to organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with company objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends and best practices in recruitment.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
• Strong knowledge of benefits coordination and administration, including medical, insurance, and vision plans.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with candidates and internal teams.
• Experience conducting phone screenings, preliminary interviews, and scheduling follow-up discussions.
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies in corporate or nonprofit settings.
• Comfortable working in a primarily remote role with occasional hybrid responsibilities.
