We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven sales leader to take the helm of our sales efforts at the Hampton Inn & Suites Ogden . As our Director of Sales , you’ll have the opportunity to craft and execute a winning sales strategy, build lasting client relationships, and drive room revenue growth. $60,000 - $70,000 yearly

• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed room revenue targets and maximize profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and group clients
• Identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, local partnerships, and market research
• Collaborate with the General Manager and revenue team on forecasting, pricing, and promotional strategies
• Create and manage annual sales goals and marketing action plans
• Lead and support the sales team, ensuring training, development, and performance standards are met

• 5+ years of hotel or hospitality experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel sales platforms (Delphi, Salesforce, CI/TY, or similar) is a plus
