A Home Health Phlebotomist at Residential Home Health and Hospice draws blood from patients in various Northern Chicago area locations, follows physician orders, and reports results to the nursing team. This role requires certification in phlebotomy, driving to patient sites, timely documentation, and strong time management skills. The position supports home healthcare delivery within a team-focused environment, emphasizing compassionate patient care and adherence to healthcare protocols.

What you’ll do in this role:
Phlebotomist to draw blood per Physician order.
Report all results to Registered Nurse Case Manager
Phlebotomist draw blood from peripheral only draws.
Complete documentation on every patient within 24 hour period.
We are looking for compassionate Phlebotomist with:
Certification in phlebotomy
Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
