This is a full-time position offering a solid base salary of $41,600 plus uncapped commission potential — perfect for a motivated, people-driven individual ready to make an impact.

About the Role

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting — from sourcing and screening to placing candidates in rewarding healthcare roles. You’ll work closely with clients and candidates to ensure the best match for both.

You’ll recruit for positions such as:

• Registered Nurses (RN)
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
• Physical Therapists (PT)
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
• Medical Technicians (Med Techs)
• Caregivers
• Dietary Aides
• Drivers and other healthcare support roles

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview qualified healthcare professionals
• Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and database records using ATS systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Coordinate credentialing, compliance, and onboarding
• Meet placement goals while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align recruiting priorities

What We’re Looking For

• Recruiting or staffing experience (healthcare experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Strong computer and social media sourcing skills
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping people find meaningful work
