We are looking for a talented and hungry growth marketer who is willing to learn while driving real impact. This role requires tactical execution—perfect for someone who is ready to roll their sleeves up and dive into data, ideate and test new ideas, and optimize existing tactics for growth. You will work directly with the Growth Marketing Senior Director and Senior Managers.

You will contribute by

  • Playing a critical and tactical role in scaling our user activation, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Be hands-on with our channels (both paid and organic). While specific experience with each channel isn't a requirement, a willingness to learn new channels and roll your sleeves up is
  • Create marketing briefs for experiments across channels
  • Work with Senior Marketing Managers and the creative team to develop marketing copy and other creative needed to support campaigns
  • Build effective working relationships with agencies and vendors and provide direction in executing campaigns
  • Clearly communicate results to marketing team members - this means succinctly articulating the drivers of over/underperformance
  • Roll up your sleeves to support our marketing on high-value campaigns including for new products launches and events

Your background includes

  • You have 2+ years in a marketing role, preferably at a marketing agency or tech company
  • Hands-on experience in customer relationship marketing (email, in-app, push, or SMS) preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A knack for creative and copy
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the desire to collaborate and work cross-functionally

Hybrid roles at Hover

Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,000 - $105,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
