What Does the Job Look Like as a Group Fitness Coach/ Personal Trainer for Evolve United?

As a group fitness instructor, you are responsible for the well-being of residents at your assigned community. You will perform weekly classes at the same day, time and location. Most classes take place on weeknights after 5 pm. These classes take on various formats and are typically hosted inside of a fitness studio. We do our best to sync up the schedules of our partners with the schedules of our trainers to give all of our trainers the opportunity to interact with residents and help build their clientele.

As an on-site personal trainer, we will create a profile for you in our system that allows residents to request on-site personal training around their schedule. Our scheduling coordinator reaches out with the opportunities and you can accept the ones that also fit with your schedule. We simplify the liability and payment for you- all you have to do is meet your client in the fitness center for a great workout!

Requirements

- Valid CPR/AED certification

- Valid group fitness/ personal training certification

- Ability to pass a background check

- Adherence to policies and procedures covered in onboarding training
