Alight Solutions is seeking a Financial Education Consultant to provide financial education services to employees of one or more Alight Solutions clients. The position is Pittsburgh based and offers a work-from-home and/or client location work arrangement. Responsibilities include conducting enrollment meetings to overview client retirement plans, delivering retirement and financial education workshops in person or virtually, conducting ad hoc meetings to educate on plan changes, providing individual financial education sessions to help employees set retirement goals and develop savings strategies, supporting employees in using retirement and financial planning tools, providing monthly reports on sessions conducted, developing and improving training materials, and traveling to client locations as needed. Requirements include 3 to 5 years of experience delivering financial education workshops or working in a financial/investments call center with strong presentation skills, FINRA Series 7 (or 6) and Series 66 (or 65) certifications, CRPC or similar designation (or willingness to obtain within six months), strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and preferred strong employee retirement plan knowledge. The role supports flexible working arrangements and requires virtual interviews via video.
