Gpac is currently working with a farming operation in Florida that is seeking a Farm Manager to join their team. Experience Needed: 3-5+ years of turf farm or vegetable farm management Associates or Bachelors degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Turf Grass Management, or related degree or experience Farm equipment operation experience and general farm equipment mechanical experience Organizational skills, management skills, general computer skills Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of a sod farm Manage a team of production workers Oversee planting, harvesting, crop management, crop input purchasing MUST be a hands on working manager Compensation/Benefits: $80,000-$100,000 base salary Bonus Potential Company cell phone & truck Health Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays Great company culture!
