RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow a proven comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration Track portfolio with lenders Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork daily to ensure timely deal processing Support the sales department in achieving its goals Maintain professional morals, ethics, and deliver excellent customer service Work closely with the sales team to enforce proper selling methods Set and maintain the finance department work schedule Assist the sales department as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior F&I automotive experience is essential — this is not an accounting position Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and work ethic Self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong closing skills Valid driver’s license Position: F&I Manager, Car Sales, Automotive #J-18808-Ljbffr Berglundtoyota
