Location: Los Angeles, CA Workplace type: Onsite Compensation: $17.25 - $24.00 per hour Job type: Full Time Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and organization of events from inception to completion. Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation. Manage event registration and attendee communication. Support the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns for events. Work collaboratively with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials. Help set up and take down event spaces, ensuring that venues are organized and compliant with health and safety regulations. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in event planning or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
