We’re on the lookout for a motivated Events Assistant to join our team and make a meaningful impact from day one. What You’ll Be Doing Support the planning and coordination of marketing and promotional events. Work alongside the Events Manager to manage logistics, timelines, and execution. Deliver exceptional service to clients and attendees, answering questions and solving issues on-site. Collaborate with the marketing team to design event promotion strategies and materials. Assist in preparing and delivering engaging sales presentations to potential clients and sponsors. Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving campaign goals. What We’re Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A flexible, team-first mindset with a positive attitude. Previous event planning or coordination experience (1 year preferred, but not required). Must be able to work on-site in the Atlanta area.
