We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Events and Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our events planning and sales initiatives, supporting our efforts to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for event coordination and a knack for building relationships.

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timelines are met.
• Support the sales team by researching potential clients, preparing proposals, and following up on leads.
• Help manage social media and marketing campaigns to promote events and increase visibility.
• Create and maintain event documentation, including budgets, timelines, and post-event reports.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that arise.
• Assist in setting up event spaces, coordinating with catering services, and handling registration or guest check-in processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in event planning or sales support roles is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities and a focus on customer service.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies is advantageous.
